What Is the Raëlian Movement?

The Raëlian Movement developed from the claims of Claude Vorilhon, who later became known as Raël.

Did Ancient People Mistake Technology for Miracles?

That could theoretically occur.

A modern aircraft, computer, or medical procedure might appear miraculous to someone unfamiliar with technology.

But possibility is not evidence that every biblical miracle was technology.

The Bible describes acts that go beyond advanced machinery, including:

• Creation of the universe
• Authority over nature by command

Were Angels Extraterrestrials?

The Bible presents angels as spiritual beings created by God.

Did Jesus Create Invisible Beings Too?

Yes.

If extraterrestrial civilizations exist, they also fall within the category of things created through Christ.

They cannot be His creators.

Was Jesus Conceived Through Extraterrestrial Science?

The passage does not describe artificial insemination, genetic engineering, or an extraterrestrial-human hybrid.

You do not need to deny every positive influence in order to examine its truth claims.

The movement may have encouraged you to:

• Value science

• Promote peace
• Question inherited assumptions
• Hope for medical progress
• Imagine a better human future

Those concerns may be meaningful.

But the decisive question is not merely:

“Did these teachings expand my thinking?”

It is:

“Are Raël’s claims about the Elohim, Scripture, Jesus, creation, resurrection, and immortality actually true?”

What If Religious Institutions Have Opposed Science?

Some religious leaders have acted with:

Following Jesus does not require hostility toward science.

Study creation honestly.

A Prayer From an Honest Heart

Repeating a prayer cannot save you. Jesus Christ saves. But you may express sincere repentance and faith in words such as these:

One true and eternal God, Creator of heaven, earth, every physical being, every spiritual being, and every world that may exist, I want to know You exactly as You have revealed Yourself. I confess that I have sinned against You and cannot save myself through science, meditation, extraterrestrial knowledge, genetic engineering, cloning, moral improvement, or support for a future embassy. I believe that no created civilization can explain the ultimate origin of existence or forgive my guilt. I believe Jesus Christ is not merely one messenger among many but the eternal Word and Creator through whom all visible and invisible things were made. I believe He became truly human, lived without sin, bore my guilt, died in my place, and raised His actual body from the grave. I believe His sacrifice completely paid for sin and that He alone gives everlasting life. I turn from sin, self-righteousness, trust in Raël’s revelation, and every created being placed in the position that belongs to You. I place my complete trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord, my God, my righteousness, my High Priest, and my only Savior. Forgive me, give me new birth, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, guide me through Your written Word, and teach me to pursue truth, peace, knowledge, humility, love, and responsible service. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The saving power is not in repeating these exact words.

The question is whether you have genuinely turned from sin and competing spiritual authority to the living God through Jesus Christ.

What If Your Family or Friends Are Raëlian?

Continue loving and respecting them.

Do not mock:

• Their interest in extraterrestrial life
• Their respect for science
• Their desire for peace
• Their questions about religion
• Their hope for humanity’s future
• Their personal experiences

Do not pretend every scientific discovery threatens Christianity.

Your own life should increasingly demonstrate:

• Humility
• Peace
• Love
