About This Website
This website was created to present compelling evidence that the Holy Bible is true, explain how to be saved through Jesus Christ, and help believers continue growing through a complete, free 100-lesson discipleship course.
Our Purpose and Who This Website Is For
MakeSureYouGoToHeaven.com exists to point people to Jesus Christ by making biblical truth clear, serious, understandable, and freely available.
This website is for people who are unsure whether the Bible is trustworthy, who Jesus Christ truly is, or what it means to be saved. It is also for believers who want clear biblical teaching to help them follow Jesus Christ faithfully.
Here, visitors can examine reasons to trust the Bible, understand the gospel and salvation, compare beliefs with Scripture, find answers to Bible questions, and continue through a structured 100-lesson discipleship course.
Life is brief. Eternity is real. The most important questions are: Is the Bible true? Who is Jesus Christ? How can I be right with God and make sure I go to heaven?
Why We Present Evidence
Faith in Jesus Christ is not presented here as blind belief. The Bible contains a connected body of written testimony, fulfilled Scripture, historical events, and witnesses that point to Jesus Christ.
The 300 Prophetic Witnesses resource helps visitors examine where Scripture points to Jesus Christ and why He cannot be dismissed or ignored.
The goal is not merely to win an argument. The goal is to help honest seekers examine the truth, believe the testimony God has given, and come to Jesus Christ for life.
About the Founder
My name is Michael Wilkerson. I gave my life to Jesus Christ at seven years old and have now been a believer for more than 50 years. I am simply a follower of Jesus Christ who desires to point people to Him and help as many people as possible understand the truth about salvation and eternity.
The burden behind this website is simple: life is brief, eternity is real, and many people do not know whether the Bible is true, what the gospel means, or how to follow Jesus Christ.
I created this website to make biblical evidence, the message of salvation, and practical discipleship teaching clear, accessible, and freely available to anyone willing to examine the truth.
My prayer is that everything on this website would turn your attention toward Jesus Christ, who alone can save, forgive, transform a life, and give eternal life with God.

A Personal Word of Thanks
I also want to honor my wife for the extraordinary patience, love, and understanding she has shown through the countless hours I have spent developing this website. Through it all, she has graciously allowed me the time and space needed to complete the work God placed upon my heart. Her quiet support has meant more to me than words can fully express, and I am deeply grateful that God gave me such a loving and patient wife.
“Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.” — Proverbs 18:22 (KJV)
A Heritage of Faith
Our family has carried a Christian heritage through at least four generations—from my grandparents, to my parents, to my brother and me, and now to my brother’s two sons and my two daughters. With all the preachers in the family, together we are making a lot of noise for Jesus!
I thank God for the godly parents who trained me in the way I should go and planted His Word deeply within my heart. Their faithful example helped establish a spiritual foundation that has remained with me throughout my life. I am also deeply grateful for my wife’s parents, who raised her in the Christian faith and gave her a godly foundation as well.
Together, my wife and I have sought to pass that same heritage of faith to our children. Today, both of our daughters are Christian leaders who love the Lord and are faithfully serving Him. Their lives remind us that the time spent teaching, praying for, guiding, and setting a godly example before our children is never wasted.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)
By the grace of God, the faith entrusted to one generation can continue bearing fruit in the generations that follow.
What We Believe
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, is true and trustworthy, and must be taken seriously.
We believe God is holy, all people have sinned, and no person can earn salvation through good works, religious activity, family background, or personal merit.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for our sins, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead. Salvation is God’s gift and is found in Jesus Christ alone.
We believe the gospel calls every person to repent, believe on Jesus Christ, surrender to Him, and follow Him. True saving faith is not merely words, religious activity, or an empty profession. God’s saving grace produces a changed life and a growing desire to obey Jesus Christ.
A Complete Free Discipleship Course
Salvation is the beginning of a life with Jesus Christ, not the end of the journey. New and growing believers need biblical direction for prayer, Scripture study, obedience, holiness, spiritual warfare, relationships, service, endurance, and readiness for eternity.
The complete 100-lesson discipleship course was created as a structured path through those subjects. Every lesson is available now, completely free.
Individuals may follow the course personally, and Christians may share direct lesson links with family members, friends, churches, Bible-study groups, and others who need biblical teaching.
Our Prayer for Every Visitor
Our prayer is that every person who visits this website would understand the seriousness of eternity, the danger of sin, the mercy of God, the sacrifice and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the call to repent, believe, and follow Him.
We pray that honest seekers will discover that the Bible is true, that uncertain people will receive a clear understanding of the gospel, that believers will grow into faithful disciples, and that Christians will share the truth with others.
If this website helps even one person come to Christ, return to Christ, grow in Christ, or help someone else hear the gospel, every effort invested in it will have been worthwhile.
